El proyecto evalúa el riesgo de inundaciones en la cuenca del río Combeima, Tolima, bajo escenarios de cambio de uso del suelo. Se desarrollará una metodología basada en las propiedades hidráulicas del suelo para mejorar la gestión del riesgo y la planificación territorial. The project assesses the risk of flooding in the Combeima River basin, Tolima, under scenarios of land use change. A methodology based on the hydraulic properties of the soil will be developed to improve risk management and territorial planning.
