Esta investigación cualitativa recopila y analiza datos documentales (normativa nacional e internacional, jurisprudencia y doctrina jurídica) para formular criterios normativos que regulen el uso de inteligencia artificial (IA) en el ámbito laboral colombiano con enfoque de género. Sus objetivos son: 1) Identificar directrices internacionales para cerrar brechas de género laborales; 2) Describir el impacto de la IA en equidad de género; 3) Analizar categorías sospechosas de discriminación en aplicaciones de IA; y 4) Evidenciar desafíos en políticas públicas nacionales. El fin es garantizar que la IA no replique desigualdades históricas.
