En este trabajo se pretende evaluar la inmunogenicidad de la vacuna BNT162b2 (Pfizer/BioNTech), evaluando la capacidad neutralizante de los anticuerpos producidos contra el SARS-CoV-2 en población colombiana sin historia de infección por COVID-19 al momento de ingresar al estudio. Con los resultados esperados pretendemos arrojar datos reales que permitan estimar la efectividad de dicha vacuna en la neutralización del virus wild type y las variantes de preocupación (VOC) alfa (B.1.1.7, identificada en Reino Unido) y gamma (P.1, identificada en Brasil)
