El proyecto está en la línea de investigación: contabilidad, sociedad y ambiente. El objetivo general del proyecto es analizar el recaudo tributario departamental y su impacto en el desarrollo socioeconómico de la Región Caribe Colombiana para las vigencias 2018-2022. Metodológicamente se trata de una investigación descriptiva y documental, con enfoque mixto, donde a partir de encuestas estructuradas aplicada a las oficinas de hacienda de cada departamento que conforma la región y, la extracción de información presupuestal de base de datos oficiales como el Consolidador de Hacienda y Crédito Público CHIP correspondiente al periodo estudiado, se obtiene información que luego es analizada en función de la variable desarrollo socioeconómico, para obtención de resultados puntuales que sirven de base para la formulación de productos de alto impacto. The general objective of the project is to analyze departmental tax collection and its impact on the socioeconomic development of the Colombian Caribbean Region for the years 2018-2022. Methodologically, it is descriptive and documentary research, with a mixed approach, where information is obtained from structured surveys applied to the treasury offices of each department that makes up the region, and from the extraction of budget information from official databases such as the Consolidator of Finance and Public Credit (CHIP) corresponding to the studied period. This information is then analyzed in relation to the socioeconomic development variable, to obtain specific results that serve as a basis for formulating high-impact products.
